Prodocti is a service entity, providing solutions for brands and retailers, the services will differ on a case-by basis, and confirmation of a project will be provided for signature.

Design services supplied will transfer to the brand or customer who will own its intellectual property
The client will provide two samples free of charge to Prodocti from the initial production
Prodocti may publish any completed work once officially launched by the client on its website or in it, advertising and all social media
Proprietary systems, contacts, and designs, not briefed or taken up by the client will remain the property of Prodocti.
Subscription services when published will be available for sign-up and will run in 30-day increments, they may be paused or cancelled with any time and will not be billed past the next 30-day billing date
To keep our rates, affordable changes are limited to one round of revisions any further revisions will be quoted for approval.
Prodocti will offer original designs in all cases, however cannot be aware of any similar products in the marketplace that are not widely distributed or are still in development, therefore cannot guarantee any responsibility on the intellectual property of these designs and assets the onus and cost of protecting these will be for the client’s expense,
All tooling, samples and freight, including prototypes, will be quoted for approval at clients expense
Any additional specific terms not stated above will be added to the commencement contract for client approval
